Cu Particles Rods and Cylinders

Copper metal particles are prepared by reduction of Cu(AOT)2 in Cu(AOT)-isooctane-NaCl-water colloidal self-assemblies. Hydrazine is used as a reducing agent. The reduction takes place under a N2 atmosphere.
